Therapist I

Responsibilities

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in related behavioral health field.

Active Ohio licensure (LSW, LPC, or higher).

Experience in behavioral health preferred.

Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.

Licensed Assessor
This role conducts comprehensive mental health assessments to determine diagnoses and treatment recommendations. The Licensed Diagnostic Assessor supports appropriate service planning through structured clinical evaluation.
Responsibilities

Develop treatment recommendations based on findings.

Complete timely and accurate documentation.

Case Manager
This role provides strengths-based support and care coordination for clients receiving mental health and/or substance use services. The Case Manager helps clients access resources, maintain stability, and progress toward individualized treatment goals.
Responsibilities

Provide case management and service coordination.

Connect clients with community resources and supports.

Maintain timely documentation in the EHR.

Collaborate with clinical teams and community partners.
Qualifications

High School Diploma required; related degree preferred.
