Participants are supported through required engagement in mental health services and/or recovery supports, including outpatient treatment, group services, or community recovery meetings. Case managers work closely with individuals to help navigate insurance activation, reentry related needs, and barriers that may impact housing or treatment stability. Additional supports, such as transportation assistance and compliance monitoring, are available to help individuals remain engaged in care and meet housing expectations.
