Group Discussion

Substance Use Disorder Treatment

Substance Use Disorder Treatment includes outpatient and intensive outpatient services, along with case management support, designed to meet individuals where they are in their recovery. Services focus on building stability, accountability, and practical skills while supporting long term recovery.

Housing Support

Housing Support services assist individuals in maintaining safe, structured living while participating in mental health and recovery focused care. Services emphasize ongoing support and accountability to help promote housing stability and continued progress.

Medication-Assisted Treatment

Medication-Assisted Treatment provides coordinated psychiatric evaluation and medication support to help individuals manage substance use and support recovery. Services may include on-site medication administration or collaboration with outside providers to streamline care and ensure continuity of treatment. 

Intensive Outpatient Program

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) provides structured substance use treatment for individuals whose daily functioning has been impacted by alcohol or other substances. When additional medical or stabilization services are needed, our clinical staff assists with appropriate referrals to support engagement and success in treatment. 

Case Management

Case managers are healthcare professionals who serve as patient advocates, supporting, guiding, and coordinating care for patients, families, and caregivers as they navigate their health and wellness journeys. They serve as the center of communication, connecting individuals and caregivers with members of the healthcare team and community to impact acute and chronic disease management and improve population health. ​
