Intensive Outpatient Program
Intensive Outpatient Program provides a structured level of care for individuals whose substance use has impacted daily functioning, including challenges related to alcohol, opioids, cocaine, and other substances. IOP services are designed to offer consistent therapeutic support while allowing individuals to remain engaged in their daily responsibilities.
Clients begin treatment with a comprehensive diagnostic assessment completed by a licensed clinical assessor to identify individual needs and recommend appropriate services. Based on this assessment, each client develops a personalized treatment plan focused on goals that support confidence, stability, and success within their recovery environment.
Treatment includes individual and group therapy provided by trauma informed clinicians, as well as support from case managers who specialize in substance use recovery.
When medical or stabilization services are needed, including physical health concerns or detoxification, our clinical team assists clients with connecting to appropriate providers to support stabilization and readiness for treatment. Throughout IOP participation, care is coordinated to promote engagement, accountability, and continued progress in recovery.
